Parent Order Form Templates

We have created some Microsoft Word templates for organisers to use for printing details onto the Parent Order Forms we supply to you with your Starter Pack. They help you to quickly and easily add your details (i.e. price and return by date ).
Just...
  1. Open the template that matches your order forms (see below). The price and date boxes are at the bottom of the page, so if you can't see them scroll down .
  2. Type in the price on the right of the $ signs and the return by date over the word 'date'.
  3. Print out a single sheet first to test your printer orientation.
  4. You may be prompted "The margins are set outside the printable area. Do you want to continue" Click "Yes"
  5. If your text prints out slightly too high or too low, you can adjust the document by clicking anywhere above the text boxes and changing the font size of one paragraph (bigger or smaller).  
Please note: Overprinting these forms is generally a very easy process. However if you have any problems with the printing, please do not hesitate to call our us on 0800 454 372.
